There is hikmah, a good reason, to everything as they say.
I am happy that I'm married to someone who allows me to be myself. I can't imagine why i let myself be in a relationship so destructive to me mentally and psychologically. It's draining all my positivity too. imagine the situation and let this be a lesson to girls out there when they come across weirdos like these:
1. This stupid dude wants me to go to a concert with him. Makes me buy the tickets ($180!) and says he will bear the cost of petrol and toll etc.
2. It's not as if i don't ever offer to pay for petrol expenses when we go out. He actually asked me to pay up cos he's the one who's been bearing the petrol cost most of the time. hello..you cannot make a girl pay..especially when we're on a so-called date!! duhh
3. He was sweet when courting but when it comes to a relationship expects me to be sweet to him. like what?? he even said this " wouldn't it be romantic if you would propose to me here on this ski lift" like duhhh
4. expects praises and only polite words. all the time. if i don't he would get upset and cries!
5. it was in a room full of people and we were introducing ourselves in a circle when i mentioned "I'm Aisyah with a "Y" " After the session he said "Do you have to mention the "with a Y" part sounds so immature". I was like huh??
6. This dude was overly jealous of everything and wants to know exactly when, where and with whom i'm going out with every minute of everyday. and we were 13 hours away by flight at that time. seriously..that was a long term relationship that was draining my energy having to connect thru phone all the time.
7. This other dude confessed that he's actually engaged to someone on our first date. Glad that he's honest so tata!
8. Another weird dude keeps taking me out on coffee and jogs by the sea. When i fell for him and confessed he didn't respond and stopped taking me out. A month later he was married.
9. This typical usrah type of guy wouldn't allow me to play mixed futsal simply cos there were guys in the team.
10. This dude wrote me a song and played it with his band.He sent the song to me via email. When somebody asked him if he really liked me he said it was just for fun.
To my sweetheart. I love you endlessly.
